I just received this yesterday 11/15/2011. It was really quick delivery got in within 3days of ordering it, and that included the weekend. I was a little disappointed that the lid had a crack in it...but I will keep it anyway since it just sits on top of the warmer and doesn't attach. I tested the machine and it works great! I did a couple of test strips in my legs and the wax works great! It gets the hair and you don't need cloth strips to rip off the wax...you can just pull the wax off just like a strip and WALA!!! however I did order strips with it, but havn't received them yet. The CD that comes with it is helpful, but if you've had a brilizian wax a few times you pretty much will catch on easy...it was a little sticky but easy to use. I love it and can't wait to do a full brizilain wax....but waiting til it's closer to my trip in a two weeks. Thinking of buying a nother so that I can have two going at once and can do my face and other sensative parts and use the ahrd wax for bikini area.
